Hi, I’m the Gill in Baked by Gill, and here is how it all began…
For many years I have enjoyed baking cakes for special occasions and family gatherings. My dream has always been to be able to devote more of my time to baking for others. So a year ago I finally took the plunge, ditched the 9-5, and bought a ‘proper’ cake mixer! As a result Baked by Gill was born.
My days are now filled with creating cakes, bakes and treats for customers, and each one is made with passion and care to ensure they taste delicious.
Qualifications and Certificates
I hold a level 2 Award in Food Hygiene, so you can be reassured that your cake is in safe, clean hands!
